Tight hips Stretch
If like me the quarantine has left your hips feeling tighter than ever, this video might be exactly what you need. We found ourselves sitting more our usual, working from home and ultimately walking less. This stretch will help you stretch your hip flexors, and release tension in the lower back as well. Though it’s a gentle stretch, you may find this a little painful and tough the first few ties. Don’t give up. Go gentle, go easy and make it a daily practice.
Your hips will thank you for it, and you will feel more movement in the lower back as well. I recommed you do this once a day ideally, twice if you want/can, at least for the first week, then do it as often as you can.
