At the start of my journey I couldn’t imagine myself healing my digestive issues, clearing my skin to the point where I felt confident enough to be at the front of the camera, let alone sit here and share it with you.

I was comfortable eating crap, having crap relationships and feeling crap. That’s all I knew and the thought of changing it all was worse than having to climb mount everest in a freezing cold weather.
I hate cold and definitely not an outdoorsy girl.

But after THATwake up call ( i.e in unbearable abdominal pain that had me rushed off stage in the middle of a world tour with Kylie Minogue)I knew time was up. Letting my mediocre health habits get in the way of my dance career was unworthy of the blood sweat and tears I’ve put it in so far.

I deserved better and so do you.

Now, let’s be real. This is not an easy straightforward road with cute looking instagrammable meals and fancy gym wear.

Unlike a nutrition session that is primarily focused on your diet, with wellness coaching we look at all aspects of your WELLNESS because it’s never just about one thing but about the big picture

  • What’s causing stress in your life?
  • How often do you move your body?
  • When, what and how do you eat?
  • How fulfilling are your relationships?
  • Do you do things you actually enjoy?
  • What self care routine do you have in place? What boundaries have you set?
  • And most importantly HOW DO YOU FEEL? Like REALLY FEEL

It will challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone and demand you to SHOW UP for yourself.
I will be there to support you but ultimately YOU DO THE WORK.

Through our 1 hour long coaching sessions I support and guide you to create sustainable and realistic changes in your life specifically around any issues you’re facing.

We get to the bottom of why you are feeling “low” and we put in place the yummiest, healthiest and most down-to-earth habits that will get you to a place of JOY, VIBRANCE and ABUNDANCE!
