My signature workouts are a unique blend of cardio, pilates, strength and barre accompanied by a killer playlist that will get your blood pumpin’ and your brow dripping.

My workouts are low impact (so safe for injuries), but don’t be deceived: I’ll get you workin’ hard and feelin’ that buuuuuuurn.

I focus on improving fitness levels, building a strong core and getting that ballerina flexibility going using a mix of toning and stretching exercises.

We’re gonna sculpt and tone to create a sexy lean and streamlined body.

Depending on your body type, goals and needs I will build you a FUN and bespoke routine.
You’ll have my constant supervision, unwavering motivation and high energy to keep you going and achieve more than you ever thought possible.

Classes happen at your home or a location of your choice


Trial class is £105
Duration: One hour


After your trial class, sessions are only available by pack of 5 or 10.
All sessions are to be paid upon reception of your invoice for confirmation.
Cancellations require a clear 48h. Failure to do so will implement 50% charge.

Your home, office or studio of choice within Central London (Zone 1-2)
Please note that if you choose to train in a yoga studio or gym room, the location fee will be added to your class price.
