Winter is approaching slowly but surely! And so is Christmas…. !

I think this is the best time of the year, to release tension of our bodies, beat the winter blues and warm ourselves up! And what better than soulful african dance moves to help you do that?

My African Dance Class is a one/off and this will be the last one for this year. Class will be at The Laboratory Health Spa in London, the Saturday November 19th @ 2pm until 3.15pm

It’s a class open to all levels, especially beginners. We go through traditional to modern/current african music!

Steps are very easy to follow because it’s not about turning you into the next Beyonce… (though I wouldn’t mind that) but rather, letting you release tension, forget about your troubles and make your soul happy!

The workshop is limited to 20 places so make sure to book early enough.

If you are member at the Laboratory price is 12£, non members 15£.
