    I’m Isa-Welly, business mentor and wellbeing practitioner.

    Over the past decade I’ve built and sold multiple group programmes across nutrition, movement and mindset, enrolling more than 5,000 students.

    My first group programme was a short £29 Pilates programme that generated £3,000 on its first launch. That experience opened my eyes to the kind of income that can be created with simple, timeless programmes that truly support people.

    Over time I also realised that this is exactly where many practitioners struggle the most — creating and marketing group programmes that feel clear, aligned, and easy for people to say yes to.
