 I’m Isa-Welly a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Wellness Coach.

Before studying Nutrition Therapy, and applying what I’ve learned to my then exhausted body and mind, I was a professional dancer constantly on the verge of a burnout,  with tons of underlying health issues: severe acne, chronic constipation, thrush, bacteria overgrowth, migraines, excruciating periods...to name a few of my then symptoms.

It took me years of trials and errors, and TONS of money to find my way back up to energy, good health, vitality, and joy.

Each module is released over a two-week period to give you and your body the time to assimilate it all. 
Each module is supported by a SIMPLE and REALISTIC Nutrition and Meal plan, 15 EASY recipes, educational video and res
ources to support your plan.

MODULE 1 -  DECLUTTER 

Module 1 will be released over week 1&2. We dive deep in and do some decluttering. But not like you know it. We declutter toxins from your body, diet, and environment.

The Nutrition plan and 15 EASY recipes are focused on supporting your body natural detoxification  pathways
  • You will learn to eliminate and reduce toxins exposure 

  • You will learn the easy detox tools you can integrate into your daily life for more energy and vitality

  • You will learn to spot signs of liver fatigue and toxicity to prevent hormonal imbalance, fatigue, low mood, acne, and much more

Wellbeing Coaching focus is on decluttering your thoughts and your environment:
  • You will learn how to declutter your thoughts to support your mental health and emotional wellbeing

  • You will learn why rewiring and releasing negative beliefs is key to mental energy

  • You will learn to declutter your environment, connexions, relationships for a powerful RESET

  • You will get a workbook with powerful journaling exercises to support the decluttering process 

Module 2: Nourish and Heal 

Module 2 will be released over week 3&4. Now that we have decluttered and created space for new, we heal, nourish and build. 

The Nutrition plan and 15 EASY recipes are focused on healing and nourishing the gut. 

  • You will learn how to heal and feed your gut to eliminate digestive symptoms, clear your skin, improve your libido, reduce inflammation

  • You will learn the crucial impact of gut health on our overall health more specifically on gaining energy, gaining healthy body weight and building a strong immune system

Wellbeing Coaching focus is on your purpose and values.
Exhaustion also comes when we derail from what our soul truly wants.

  • You get a workbook with powerful journaling exercises to help you RECONNECT with what your soul truly wants

  • You will learn to determine your life but also health purpose

  • You will learn to integrate your values into your daily life so you stay connected to what truly matters to you 


Module 3: Align and Energise (Week 5&6)

Module 3 will be released over week 5&6. We now create order and structure.

The Nutrition Plan and 15 EASY recipes are focused on eating for Joy, energy, vitality.
  • Forget about yo-yo dieting and crazy restrictions and learn to build a healthy relationship with your food.
  • You will learn to plan and eat meals that are healthy, balanced, and sustainable
  • You will learn the key foods to sustain energy and age with ease and freedom 
  • You will also learn to be confident about your food choices

Coaching focus is on creating a structure to sustain you and your lifestyle

Our most asked questions

I DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME. IS THIS PROGRAM GOING TO TAKE A LOT OF TIME?

Absolutely NOT. The journaling exercises will take you a couple of hours a week. The food prep will take you 2/3 hours over the weekend and possibly 20min a day to put your meals together. Besides breakfast, you won't be cooking every day. Saying all this, the time you invest in your well-being and in this program will be closely related to the results you want to achieve

IS THE PROGRAM OKAY FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS, COELIAC?

Most recipes are gluten-free. In regards to allergies, you will have options to replace ingredients you are allergic to. If you have very specific allergies, email me admin@isawelly.com so we can chat about whether the program is good fit or not

WILL THE MEALS/INGREDIENTS BE EXPENSIVE TO BUY?

It’s a tough one to answer because that will depend on what/how much you eat right now but I won’t be asking to purchase super expensive unheard of foods. And there will always be affordable options on ingredients that can be pricier i.e quinoa, black rice, and so on...

IS THE PROGRAM OKAY FOR VEGANS, VEGETARIANS, PESCETARIANS?

All the recipes are easily adaptable to your diet and 70% are vegan friendly. 

I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE COACHING SESSIONS, WILL I STILL GET VALUE FROM JOINING NOW?

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START AND END?

HOW EASY ARE THE RECIPES?

Most recipes are pretty straight forward and in many cases, you will be batch cooking them for the week. There will be nothing hard to cook with complicated recipes etc...

WILL I HAVE TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?

NO the protocols and plans don’t come with MUST TAKE SUPPLEMENTS but I will be suggesting nutrients (vitamins, minerals, adaptogens, superfoods)  that can support you to get faster and better results. For example, I might say B1 or Glutamine is the best nutrient for X taken in liquid form for anyone wanting to add to the nutrition plan.

I won’t be suggesting specific brands unless privately asked so.

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

This is not a weight loss program. Every ”body” reacts differently to new programs so realistically I don’t know.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONTENT ?
