Moving my body in the morning has become a non negotiable and something I really look forward to. It’s part of a ritual that keeps me energised and focused throughout the day.

Some days I do an easy stretch and some days I need something a little more dynamic and core focussed.

This workout is perfect for that. It will get your blood flowing and help you release some toxins.
