Something tells me you’re here because you’re exhausted from feeling drained by this time of year… and maybe by life in general.

You might be feeling burnt out, and the thought of dragging yourself through another month of social events sounds a bit like…well, a nightmare. Yep. I feel you. That was me a couple of years ago. Frequently asked questions

Do I need anything extra for this programme?

No not really. I will although suggest a couple of herbs or nutrients that I personally like taking during busy, stressful periods. These are NOT a must but rather an add-on if you feel called to do so

I don't have much time, how doable is this?

With 10min a day you will be able to follow through most of my suggestions.

I don’t live in the UK. Would this still work for me?

Yes this course is an online experience. You will get my daily emails and 24h access to the Slack group for support

Can I be refunded if I change my mind

Due to the digital nature of this 30day journey , all sales are final.

Are the classes hosted on youtube or vimeo?

There are 3 mindful movement classes of 10min each and they will be privately hosted on youtube
