So I found some great bread and crackers alternatives!
This is a great one and so tasty! As usual with most recipes I share with you, it’s easy, quick and does the job.
These with hummus are a BOMB!!!!!
2 cups of Almond Meal
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Optional: Rosemary or Cinnamon depending what Flavour you want to bring to them. Sometimes I like adding 1 tbsp of Chia seeds as well…
In a bowl mix all ingredients until a dough is formed. Use your hand to make sure the dough has a nice consistency.
Lay a piece of Baking paper on your kitchen counter , and put the dough on. Use a Pin to flatten the dough in a thin to medium layer.
Once flatten put it in the over at 150 for 8 to 10 min.
Check often to make sure the edges aren’t burning.
Your largecracker is ready when completely dried and slightly brown.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for 10 min before breaking it into small pieces.
