I hear you! I used to be that girl, powered by coffee, sugar and lots of self motivation!
Feeling energetic, and being able to swim through the day without crashing half way through is possible.
And that’s exactly what you will be able to achieve after attending this Wellness day!

I’m Isa-Welly a Pilates and Wellness Coach. In my previous career as a professional dancer I had the opporunity to work with some incredible artists including Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Take That, Robbie Williams, Chaka Khan and many more. Sadly during my career my wellbeing was the last of my worry, and towards the end of it I suffered from a severe burnout which brought a lot of health issues. It was a big wake up call, I didnt realise how much I neglected my body.
Through nutrition I managed to steer the wheel in the right direction and was amazed by how food improved my heath. I decided right there and then to study it. While Fitness, Wellness and Nutrition studies have given me incredible knowledge, going through my own health issues have given me a deeper understanding of the body as a whole.
During this workshop, I want to share with you tools I have learnt along the way, so you can use them to improve your wellbeing.
What’s on the program?
- On arrival, gentle wake up call with a 20min Yoga Pilates Flow
- Learn this routine for your morning workouts
- It will improve your bloodflow, increase your energy and your mood!
Post Workout Tea Break
We will provide you with Gorgeous Teas, Fresh Juices and homemade healthy snacks to get you cozy and set before The Talk
TALK- Nutrition for Energy and Productivity
- How do you keep your energy up throughout the day?
- Is breakfast really important? In what case you can skip it and what are the consequences?
- How often should you eat? 3 meals a day? or more?
Productivity comes from a clear brain and energetic body.
The second part of the talk will focus on
- What foods to eat to increase your focus.
- Recipe Handouts (Easy, Healthy, Affordable and Delicious meals)
We will be taking a cheeky break during the talk for more snacks! 😉
Last but not Least…. Let’s Sweat! IsaWelly Signature Class
My signature Mat Class is 70% based on mat Pilates but expect some barre exercises to bring the burn to another level!
But don’t worry the sexy and sassy playlist will keep you going!
Make sure you bring some comfortable workout clothes. No shoes needed
A cloackroom, shower, cafe is available in the facilities. But please do bring a towel if you wish to take a shower after the class
