Whether you’re a yogi, a dancer, a boxer or simply a gym bunny, your core is where you draw your power from.
What happens if you don’t know how to use it, or haven’t built it up yet? You create stress in the lower back, that sometimes leads to life long pain and injuries .
In this workshop you will learn how to build your core strength and stay away from injuries. You will leave feeling energised, aligned and centred.
