So…Here are my top 3 arms exercises to add to your workout routine. These are really great if you are looking to build strength in your arms and sculpt them.
But, I’m gonna be honest, first round, first time will hurt a little.You will get used to it, so don’t give up! PUSH THROUGH.
When I go to the gym, I like doing my own circuit and repeat them 2 or 3 times. Repetition, Repetition, Repetition.
So keep this routine as it is, and do it 2 or 3 times in a row with a little stretch in between. You can also stagger them , with some lower body exercises. Do what feels good for you and if you are unsure, please ask me
As per usual, please don’t forget to stretch after your workouts! Unless you want, bulky and sore muscles :-/
Stretching is great to lengthen your muscles especially after a workout.
Listen to your body, challenge it but don’t hurt it! It’s the ONLY one you’ve got.
