Cauliflower Leaves are definitely a thing. And a good one!

Candida diet gets quite boring after a while so it’s important to have a varied diet so you don’t get tempted by foods you should stay away from! And trust me the temptation will be there regardless…

Last month, in this post I shared my experience so far with Candida, how it came about and how I’m treating it.

It’s pretty intense which makes me think that my infestation must be really bad LOL! But at least I’m aware of it now and doing something about it.

I’m constantly dreaming of my next glass of Red!! And that’s one of my ultimate motivation alongside my general health obviously 😉

Back to today super mega easy, not even a recipe really! Roasted Cauli leaves!

Yuuuuuummmmm

Cauliflower leaves are full of essential nutrients. Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron are some of the minerals and vitamins you can find in this understated green leaf

Rinse your leaves

Lay them in the tray

Add 3 cloves of Garlic 

Season with Oregano, Chilli Flakes and Salt

Add a generous amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Yep that easy!!!!

Perfect with meat or fish! Or even as Salad Base!
