Tasty and Easy Candida Fighting Salad
When you’re on a Candida diet, it’s super important to incorporate Candida fighting foods into each meal to help accelerate the healing process.
This salad is really tasty and fairly easy to recreate.
Salads are great way to incorporate plenty of greens leaves that will support the liver during the detoxification process.
Other nutrients included in this salad that are great to fight Candida include Olive Oil, Chia Seeds and Apple Cider Vinegar.
While Chia Seeds release polyphenols who helps the good bacteria in our gut, Extra Virgin Olive Oil has Anti microbial and Anti fungal properties and Apple Cider Vinegar helps kill excess Yeast in the Body.
Your Salad base : Spinach Leaves, Cucumber, Asparagus and Broccoli Stems (Blanche asparagus and Broccoli for 30secs)
Healthy Fats- 1/2 Avocado, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds
Proteins: 2 boiled eggs (Turkey, Chicken, Tofu, Tuna, Mackerel are also great replacement)
Seasoning : Mix 2 spoons of Olive Oil, 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt. Dried Oregano.
Toss it all together, shake it and Enjoy !
