Banana Pancakes Realnesss!

I’m gonna let the pictures do the talking on this one 😉

This tastes good like really good.

It’s the perfect consistency, has the perfect amount of sweetness and is just about the perfect weekend indulgence

1 large or 2 small bananas

2 small eggs lightly beaten

3 tbsp Almond meal/Grounded almonds

A pinch of Coconut Oil to fry them

Mash the bananas with a fork until the texture becomes almost liquid like. Then add your beaten eggs and mix well . Lastly add your almond meal and stir the mix again.

At this point you can add some cinnamon, Vanilla or Almond essence for extra sass’.

Your Pancake mix is ready. Warm up your pan with a teeny tad of Coconut Oil and once the pan is hot, start your pancakes. You need to cook them about 1 minute on each side.

Now top your pancake with all the goodness you want.. coconut flakes, broken nuts and seeds, melted chocolate, almond butter… whatever rock your boat really!

Once the toppings are on…put your fav tv show on and get back to the sofa!
