This nasty flu taking everyone down in London at the moment isn’t fun at all! I thought I’d escape it but nope!

Despite eating well, drinking lots of water, It came out of nowhere and wiped me out!

Now I have to admit in December I turn into a crazy manic person who tries to fit EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE in before christmas!!! As if there were a global deadline on December 25th. Result: I am crazy exhausted and on a verge of a breakdown.

So if like me, you have been running around like a manic person, forgetting that REST is as important as Eating well, please slow down and relax.

It’s not worth it. And also there is a life after Christmas.

As a fact there’s that dead time between christmas and new year’s eve where nothing ever happens. Meet people you couldn’t see pre christmas then.

Now back to this flu and how you can kick out as fast as It came!

1- First thing in the morning is Hot water and lemon juice followed by a Fresh Juice of carrot, apple, ginger and turmeric

2- Drink Gallons of Water throughout the day to help flush out the toxins

3- Triple the amount of Garlic in your meals. Garlic is a powerful antibacterial food so go for it

4- Diffuse some essential oils in your room or office throughout the day. This will help as a decongestant but also keep the germs from spreading. Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Ginger are great options

5- Take a hot Bath with 30drops of Frankincense or Eucalyptus Essential Oil before bed.
